No Destiny, All Determination You have met High King Titarion, and have been confronted with the true scope of your powers. Points 15  Trophy	Talk to High King Titarion during The Coming Storm.
Turning the Tide A ruse has baited Octienne into betraying the necromantic nature of his experiments. Points 20  Trophy	Complete Enemies in High Places
Hero of Mel Senshir You have defeated the great Balor. Points 75  Trophy	Defeat Balor during Breaking The Siege
Destiny Defiant You have defeated Tirnoch, and defied destiny. Points 75  Trophy	Finish Reckoning by defeating Tirnoch.
Destiny Dominated You have won the game on Hard difficulty. Points 100  Trophy	Start and finish the game on Hard difficulty. Lowering the difficulty mid-game will block this achievement.
House of Ballads Completed the House of Ballads storyline quests. Points 20  Trophy	Finish The Hero and the Maid.
House of Sorrows Completed the House of Sorrows storyline quests. Points 20  Trophy	Finish Such Sweet Sorrow.
Scholia Arcana Completed the Scholia Arcana storyline quests. Points 20  Trophy	Finish Revelation.
Travelers Completed the Travelers storyline quests. Points 20  Trophy	Finish Thick as Thieves.
Warsworn Completed the Warsworn storyline quests. Points 20  Trophy	Finish The Mountain Prison.
Reckoning Rampage Killed 5 enemies with a single Fateshift. Points 20  Trophy	Kill 5 enemies during one fateshift. This is easiest done when fighting large groups of enemies, e.g. packs of Wolves or Boggarts, or during House of Valor arena battles. Combat Training from The Legend of Dead Kel DLC is also a good place. These enemies must be brought down to the "unraveling" state (not outright obliterated!) and one must be fateshifted.
Niskaru Slayer Killed 25 Niskaru. Points 20  Trophy	Plenty of Niskaru in the main story line or the Warsworn quest line.
Out Of Your League Killed an enemy 4 levels higher than you. Points 20  Trophy	This can be done at lower character levels by fighting red-named Trolls in Haxhi. Finding appropriate enemies will be more and more difficult at higher levels, and impossible at level 40.
Cleaning Up the Streets Killed 50 bandits. Points 20  Trophy	Easily done even in Odarath while fighting the Red Legion, or later in Ayten (Plains of Erathell).
Blades of Glory Acquired 10 Unique weapons. Points 15  Trophy	Also known as To the Victor Go the Spoils . Excludes DLC weapons.
Foiled Again! Parried 100 times. Points 15  Trophy	Requires points in the parry skill for a weapon in your abilities tree (ex. Precise Weaponry, Arcane Weaponry, or Brutal Weaponry). To parry press block once the enemy starts attacking but before the attack connects.
Trapper Killed 25 enemies with traps. Points 15  Trophy	Requires points in Finesse. Respec, hunt enemies with traps, return to preferred abilities. Can also be achieved when doing Of My Own Invention in the Teeth of Naros DLC. Curiously, this need not apply only to enemies hit with traps; even allies hit with traps, such as Pepin Jamane being caught with a spike trap in the Legend of Dead Kel DLC, are counted as well.
Riposte! Landed 25 special attacks out of Parry. Points 10  Trophy	Requires last level of Weapon Mastery in chosen weapon. Press attack right after starting a Parry.
Would You Like Fries with that? Landed 100 complete attack chains. Points 15  Trophy	Attack chains are done by using the regular attack. Each press executes the next move in the chain, the length of which varies by weapon, and the last attack is more powerful. Getting damaged or dodging breaks a chain.
Shock and Awe Killed 100 enemies with abilities. Points 15  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
And Then There Were None Killed 500 enemies with abilities. Points 20  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Juggler Landed 5 consecutive hits on an airborne enemy. Points 20  Trophy	Easily done with a longbow. Or with a chakram's after dodge attack.
Elixir of Fate Made a potion with the Essence of Fate. Points 20  Trophy	Refer to Potions for a list of potions using the Essence of Fate.
It Didn't Explode! Made a stable potion by experimenting. Points 10  Trophy	Refer to Potions for a list of potions, and create any potion using specified ingredients.
Green Thumb Harvested 10 of each type of reagent. Points 15  Trophy	Takes time to achieve, but easy. Does not require 10 Essences of Fate.
Good as New Repaired a piece of equipment. Points 10  Trophy	Simply use a Repair Kit to bring any piece of equipment back to full durability.
Shop Class Crafted a piece of equipment with Blacksmithing. Points 10  Trophy	Any item will do.
Master of the Forge Crafted an item that uses all 5 forge component slots. Points 20  Trophy	Requires 7 points in Blacksmithing, otherwise easy.
Romancing the Gem Crafted an Epic Gem. Points 15  Trophy	Requires 8 points in Sagecraft, otherwise easy.
Diamond in the Rough Crafted a Pristine Shard. Points 10  Trophy	Requires 3 points in Sagecraft and a small supply of Shards.
They Never Saw it Coming Backstabbed 20 enemies. Points 10  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Cartographer Discovered 100 locations. Points 20  Trophy	Requires exploring the world and/or doing Side Quests.
The Great Detective Detected 25 hidden things. Points 10  Trophy	2 points in Detect Hidden are very useful for this.
Loremaster Found all Lorestones. Points 20  Trophy	This requires exactly 175 lorestones, meaning any lorestones discovered in the DLCs can be used to make up for undiscovered lorestones from the core game.
Bookworm Read 50 books. Points 15  Trophy	Books can be found on shelves or in chests, or as part of quests. Orwae Nes in The Luminary Leaf in Rathir and Arthesa Lille in the Arcadium in Adessa each sell 16 books allowing for a much easier completion of this achievement. Once read these books can be destroyed or sold.
Big Spender Spent 200,000 gold. Points 15  Trophy	Should be easy to achieve in the first or second area. Mercantile helps, but is not required.
Five Finger Discount Stole and fenced an item. Points 10  Trophy	Requires visiting a Travelers camp. The first one is the Star Camp, accessible through either Lorca-Rane or Haxhi.
Where's My Wallet? Pickpocketed 20 times. Points 15  Trophy	Pickpocketing the same npc 20 works too.
Jailbreak You broke out of jail. Points 10  Trophy	Commit a crime, opt to go to Jail. Once in Jail pick the cell door lock, then sneak around or fight to retrieve equipment and exit Jail.
A Life of Crime Got caught committing a crime 25 times. Points 15  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Crime Doesn't Pay Spent over 10,000 gold in crime bribes. Points 10  Trophy	Can be achieved with the above.
Some of This, Some of That Unlocked a two-class hybrid destiny. Points 10  Trophy	Requires 6 points in any two ability trees.
It is Your Destiny Unlocked a top tier destiny. Points 50  Trophy	Requires either 109 points in one ability tree, or 37 points in all three trees.
Jack of All Trades Unlocked a Jack of All Trades destiny. Points 10  Trophy	Requires two points in every ability tree.
Breaking and Entering Picked 50 locks. Points 15  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Open Sesame Dispelled 50 wards. Points 15  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
A Wink and a Smile You have succeeded at 50 Persuasion attempts. Points 15  Trophy	Make 50 successful Persuasion Attempts.
Bull in a China Shop Smashed 1,000 objects. Points 15  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Streaker You spoke to someone while not wearing clothes. Points 10  Trophy	Must speak with someone while not having ANYTHING equipped under the armor tab (including shields).

The Legend of Dead Kel

Message in a Bottle Locate all eight message bottles in Gallows End. Points 25  Trophy	Collect all Messages in a Bottle
Keep On Rising Completely restore Gravehal Keep. Points 50  Trophy	Complete Gravehal Tower, the final upgrade to Gravehal Keep.
Give Her a Hand Found Aubrey Gilcrest's severed hand. Points 25  Trophy	Finish Scattered Fragments and find Aubrey Gilcrest's hand.
Manic Pixie Dream Elf Wooed Rast Brattigan. Points 25  Trophy	Flatter Rast in every dialogue, from the very first meeting. Selecting her as a companion in An Offering is not necessary. Achievement awarded after finishing The Exiles.
Exterminator Killed 50 Scavs. Points 25  Trophy	Self-explanatory.

Teeth of Naros

The Harder They Fall Best Kahrunk without killing his attendants. Points 20  Trophy	Use Primal Weapons and/or enter Reckoning mode.
We Built this City You helped the Kollossae in the Teeth of Naros break free from their fate. Points 50  Trophy	Complete Ascension.
Mistaken Identity You’ve found a strange Almain who has been hiding in the sewers of Idylla. Points 25  Trophy	Enter Idylla Under Sewers and go through hidden door. See also: The Strange Man
Beam Me Up Use the Henge to enter Idylla. Points 25  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
Murder Most Fowl Killed 50 Pteryx. Points 25  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
I Regret Nothing Fell to your death from the Idylla Concourse. Points 5  Trophy	Self-explanatory.
