Walkthrough

• Talk to Idris Theonen in the Scholia Arcana library in the upper city of Rathir. He will give you the Omnibus Arcana for a multi-stage "visit various places" quest. To get to each destination read the book each time after you've reached one of the locations that's defined by reading the book.
  1. Statue in front of the main hall in the courtyard
  2. Rathir bridge (fast travel to Rathir)(then read the book, an proceed to 3rd task below)
  3. "Read the Empty Tome" is located right outside the town of Mel Aglir , just below the Wind Mill (local map marker appears after your read the book about the Rathir Bridge)(after #3 task, read about Mel Aglir, then open your world map to view below location)
  4. Kandrian countryside (west of Tam's Wagon)
• Once you passed the test where you have to "fight off the ambush", read the book a final time and return to Idris. When he asks you to choose from 6 principles, choose "Principle of Observation".  Idris Theonen will then end the quest and give you your reward (XP and Gold, both level-based).
