- This talisman bears similarities to the carvings and artifacts left by the Erathi. Little is known about the face featured in the image, but it strikes fear into many. Castaways on Gallows End believe it to be the visage of the god Akara.

Location[]
- Pickpocked or looted from the current Scion (Pima), who can be found on the western-most cliff of the Northen Coast on Gallows End before finishing the story quest An Offering.
- If the Fateless One did not persuade Tari Holstig during Dark Harbor, he will kill the Scion while you are in Akara-Tor for the quest An Offering, and Akara's Visage will be lost. Therefore, one must acquire this talisman before An Offering, whether by murdering the Scion or merely pickpocking her.
