Armor Gem

Armor Gem is a type of gem in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. They can be added to any piece of armor with an open armor gem slot. With a sufficient blacksmithing skill, they can also be used during the crafting of armor. If they were placed in an empty slot, they can be removed by a sagecrafter for a fee. If you have a high enough sagecrafting skill, you can do this yourself at any Sagecraft Altar.

The % increase doesnt effect your total armor, only the armor value of the piece the gem is embedded into.
