Astrid Frisk is the local healer in Didenhil and at the time of the player character's arrival, she's been extremely busy with the Blood Plague outbreak.
She starts the player on the quest Plagueshield.
She can offer healing services to the Fateless One.
“I'm sorry, but I'm simply out of Plagueshield. There's nothing I can do for you - or anyone else - till I have it. Blasted Blood Plague!”
“Normally, I'd say it's not as bad as it sounds. Doesn't kill, most of the time, just weakens. Only half the village has it now, and a bed-ridden village starves, sooner or later.”— when asked about the Blood Plague.
“Lumpkins, oafs, and busybodies - except for the poor bedraggled sick ones here in my care. I suppose they all mean well - only, the airs coming out of these woods have addled their brains.”— when asked about Didenhil village.
“Only thing for treating the Blood Plague. Few indeed have the skills to make it. I certainly can't, for all my years as a healer.”— when asked about Plagueshield medicine.
“Well, lumpkin!”
“Well! She made no friends when first she settled here. Don't know which had less sense in their noggins - her or the Crafter lot. And what I'd like to know is, why didn't she see it coming?”— when asked about Luminitsa.
Once you completed the quest Plagueshield:
“Brother Fallon, dead on the road? Oh, what is this town coming to? At least - at least you have the Plagheshield. It will last... for a while yet, at any rate. Thank you, thank you and bless you so very, very much. If you ever need for healing, do come back.”
“Poor dear, dead as an old stone. These days it's almost common to lose a friend, and I'll tell you he was a dear one. He'll be missed sorely, here and up at the Mission. May Mitharu keep him.”— when asked about Brother Fallon demise.
“I'm just glad we've worked that old nonsense and bother out. All that petty worrying.”— when asked about Luminitsa.
“On with you. Get!”
