Background[]
The Ballads Library was created as part of the efforts by Hallam the White to preserve the stories of the House of Ballads. A former knight of the Court of Enchantments, Tenhwa is the custodian of the library, which is a depository of Fae Cairns as well as being used by Hallam to design and create the cairns and Echostones.
Description[]
When the Fateless One first arrives at the Ballads Library Tenhwa has been magically imprisoned by the Maid of Windemere and must be freed.
