Colm Alba
Colm Alba is encountered in the village of Galette in The Red Marches, shortly after the Fateless One has his/her first brush with the cult known as the Testament. He is there in search of his twin brother, Giran, whom he believes has been brainwashed into joining the Testament.
He is a Ljosalfar from Rathir, who was trained by his parents from an early age in the ways of magic. When his twin showed much greater magical prowess, his parents focused their teachings solely on Giran, leaving Colm to train and study magic for himself.
