Epic Gem

Epic Gems are a type of Gem in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. They can be added to any Cuirass, Light Armor, or Robe with an open Epic Gem slot. Alternatively, they can be used in the gem slot when crafting either of the aforementioned armors. Epic Gems tend to supply reactionary abilities, large boosts to damage or resistance, boosts to Abilities, or other unique bonuses.

Gems can be removed by a Sagecrafter for a fee, or at a Sagecraft Altar with sufficient Sagecraft Skill.
