Anella Saff is a weaponsmith on the side to pay for her intellectual pursuits. She used this skill to enlist in the army, as a means to reach the High Fulgen. It is here she will find her greatest desire, the Breath of Arba, supposedly a powerful summoning staff.

Anella Saff is held captive in Whispering Caves.
Quests[]
- Involved in the Siege of Moondown side quest. Speak to Captain Canwen after you rescue Anella to finish that portion of the side quest.
Notes[]
- In defense of Camp Moondown, Anella waits on the battlefield but never summons anything and will instead fight with her fists and not the staff. It is noted that she can be killed here.
- Anella is ungrateful for being saved by the Fateless One, as she was hoping the Tuatha would lead her to the staff.
