- Because this item is found in the same chest as fine satchel of rocks, heir presumptive, heir apparent, and bottle of hair it appears to simply be the belongings chest of nearby Denric who believes he is a King of the sewers; hence the "heir" reference of the dolls, and a treasure bag of "rocks". Going through every single quest through this Wiki, I have found no quest or NPC interested in them.
