Flint's Hunting Gloves can be found in a chest north of Ironfast Keep in Detyre. You will be ambushed by 4-6 Kobolds on the way to the passage, and 10-12 Venomspitters/Giant Spiders inside the hidden area, so stock up on potions as necessary.
