This radiant blue-gray sliver of ice comes from the elusive Mountain Barghest. For some unknown reason, these dangerous, elegant creatures shed these “tears” as they lie dying.

Frozen Barghest Tears can be looted from slain mountain barghests after receiving the Restorative Tonic task from Riagan Bhain in Crownhold.
