Gem of Bloodletting is a gem that can be added to any weapon with an open weapon gem slot. It has the following effects:
- 15% Chance to Steal 25 Health per Hit
This extra damage is only applied to the weapon that has Gem of Bloodletting installed. It does not apply to any other equipped weapons or special attacks.
Does not seem to have any effect whatsoever when added to bow via Blacksmithing 5th slot (out of 100 shots 0 procs).
