Gem of Tempest is a gem that can be added to any weapon with an open weapon gem slot. It has the following effects:
- 30 Lightning Damage
- 15 Shocking Damage over 10 seconds
This extra damage is only applied to the weapon that has Gem of Tempest installed. It does not apply to any other equipped weapons or special attacks.
