Harriset Donnel is a tinkerer and a Traveler from Sun Camp.
Initially found at Sun Camp, Harriset Donnel can be found at the Thirsty Wench tavern in Whitestone following the completion of the Travelers faction questline.
Even after relocating to the Thirsty Wench, his dialogue remains the same as if he never left Sun Camp.
