"When Crownhold fell, the Mitharans’ legendary warrior guild, the Headhunters, broke up and scattered across the mountains. Its five [leaders] formed a collection of rival mercenary gangs, striking at villains and innocents alike. If I collect a token from each of the Headhunters, I may receive a reward."

Description[]

Headhunters is a side quest in the Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Fatesworn DLC expansion pack. It becomes available to the Fateless One after speaking to Warden Rask near The Big Hunt in Crownhold City.

Walkthrough[]

Hunt the Headhunters: Cyrus Pepper[]

The Headhunter, Cyrus Pepper, can be found inside the Black Pepper Quarters in Crownhold City. The Fateless One will need to defeat the Vagabonds occupying the wharf before entering the Black Pepper Quarters. Upon entering scores of Vagabonds will attack. Use the Fateless One’s most powerful weapons and abilities to quickly dispatch the bandits and then climb the stairs to the second floor to confront Cyrus Pepper. After the Headhunter has been slain search his corpse to find Cyrus Pepper’s Token and a piece of the Despoiler’s Armor Set.

Hunt the Headhunters: Nora Pepper[]

The Headhunter, Nora Pepper, can be found inside the Red Pepper Quarters in Crownhold City. Defeat the Vagabonds occupying the wharf before entering the Red Pepper Quarters. Upon entering scores of Vagabonds will attack. Use the Fateless One’s most powerful weapons and abilities to quickly dispatch the attacking Vagabonds and their leader. After the Headhunter has been slain search her corpse to find Nora Pepper’s Token and a piece of the Despoiler’s Armor Set.

Hunt the Headhunters: Sinder[]

The Headhunter, Sinder, can be found south of Vekreth’s Maw at the summit of Crow Peak. In stark contrast to the other Headhunters Sinder isn’t protected by Vagabonds. With his attention directed towards the south the Fateless One – with sufficient mastery of the Assassin’s Art and Stealth skills - can simply sneak up behind Sinder and and assassinate him with a Dagger or Faeblade sneak attack. After the Headhunter has been slain search his corpse to find Sinder’s Token and a piece of the Despoiler’s Armor Set.

Hunt the Headhunters: Sorcha Donahue[]

The Headhunter, Sorcha Donahue, can be found inside her camp south of the Tower Ruins in the Three Winds Crutch region west of Gale Crossing. Use the Fateless One’s most powerful weapons and abilities to quickly dispatch the Vagabonds inside the camp before focusing on their leader. After the Headhunter has been slain search her corpse to find Sorcha Donahue’s Token and a piece of the Despoiler’s Armor Set.

Hunt the Headhunters: Rendi Walsh[]

The Headhunter, Rendi Walsh, can be found inside her camp in the northern region of The Westroad. Use the Fateless One’s most powerful weapons and abilities to quickly dispatch the Vagabonds inside the camp before focusing on their leader. Once the Headhunter has been slain, search her corpse to find Rendi Walsh’s Token and a piece of the Despoiler’s Armor Set.

Deliver the Headhunter Tokens[]

”I’ve collected tokens from each of the five Headhunters. I can deliver them to the Warden of Crownhold for a sizeable reward.”

Return to Crownhold City and speak to Warden Rask to complete the quest and collect the Fateless One's reward.

Notes[]

WARNING: Although it’s possible to receive this side quest by killing any one of the Headhunters and collecting their token before speaking to Warden Rask, doing so will cause a glitch to occur that prevents the tokens from being removed from the Fateless One’s inventory after the side quest is complete.
