The Henge is an item that can be used to fast travel to Idylla and back to the Teeth of Naros. There are also henges for transporting a person to the various sections of the sewers.

The Henge is needed to get to the floating city of Idylla. There is one in the center of the Teeth of Naros-Area and another high up in the city. Additionally, there are Henges for fast-traveling between the sections of the sewers:
