Amalur Wiki

Idylla's Sewer system seems to be built to gather water for the city as well as having a waste disposal function. It is also designed to distribute some of the structural strains casused by the magic that keeps the city afloat. Unlike the sewers of an ordinary city, the tunnels often open out into open-air walkways or outcroppings in the sky below the city.

The Idylla Sewers consist of numerous tunnels, small hollows and rooms. There are five entrances to the Sewers from various parts of Idylla, two open onto the Concourse (these are labelled 'Primos Doorstep' and 'Idylla Concourse') while there are also access points from the Lykeios, the Theater of Andronikos and the Living Quarters. There is a Contract Board by each of these entrances. There are four Henges that link to each other for travel within the sewers. The Northern, Western and Eastern Henges are all near entrances, so they can also be used for rapid travel throughout the city. The Sewers also have the only entrance to the Under Sewers.
