Jokull Fangard is the owner of the gambling den in Valor Arena, which is the only other manmade structure in the area besides the Champion's Manor. For some reason, he's decided to become the Fateless One's sponsor in the Arena, and will give or otherwise send them gifts of armor every time they win a match. His loyalty- or perhaps his desire to preserve an investment- is such that he will go out of his way to warn the Fateless One of the Magnus' eventual treachery.

- The items Jokull gives you are: Kentigan's Shadow, Gentleman's Courtesy, Gauntlets of Arland, Kentigan's Respite, Birkita Chausses, Ardra's Greaves, and Gentleman's Favor.
- Initially it is unknown why Fangard decides to support the Fateless One so faithfully when logically everything is stacked against them.
- The ultimate end of Jokull's decision to sponsor the Fateless One becomes clear after the Championship match, when he offers to run the arena in your absence - for a small portion of the earnings.
