Kerrinan is a Summer Fae that can be found at the Seasons Sanctuary in the Trellis, within the Gardens of Ysa.

She offers fateweaving services to the Fateless One for a small fee.

Kerrinan can always be found within the circular room inside the Seasons Sanctuary within the Trellis of the Gardens of Ysa.

Kerrinan's dialogue upon asking about the Gardens of Ysa seems to imply that she makes her home elsewhere, and isn't a permanent resident of Ysa.
