The Last Breath Boots are obtained during the Last Breath side quest in the Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Fatesworn DLC expansion pack.

The Last Breath Boots are part of the Last Breath Armor Set, which provides the following bonuses:
- 2 Pieces: 10% chance to increase movement speed whenever landing a melee hit
- 3 Pieces: +200% Damage with traps
- 4 Pieces: Backstabs are always fatal to minor enemies
