- Before the siege, Matrim Hawkins can be found at the training grounds, in iron armour and with a different hair colour.
Quests[]
He gives the quest Malicious Practices. Acting mad and claiming to have seen death (likening her to a crow) he calls you a scarecrow and points the fateless one to the tower, where death takes the hospital patients and allegedly does horrible things to them.
After the quest is complete, he seems restored and no longer acts mad.
