The Pilgrim's Handwraps are part of an aesthetically-matching "set" of Unique Sorcery armor pieces obtained in the Teeth of Naros DLC. Wearing all of them does not add any extra stat bonuses aside from those already listed.

The Pilgrim's Handwraps are given by Anokatos upon completing the Pteryx Vanes task in the Shapen in Iniquity quest if the Fateless One favors Sorcery.

The Pilgrim's Handwraps can also be found randomly in chests or as loot in the Teeth of Naros.
