Shepard's Helm is DLC that you unlock by playing through the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo. You actually unlock this armor set by downloading and playing the Mass Effect 3 demo. It automatically tells you you have a new quest to seek out supplies. Shepard's Helm can be found in a treasure chest that is marked "Special Delivery " at the first town you come across, Gorhart in Dalentarth.
