- Sinister can be found on the body of Ticneri, the Tuatha General residing in the ruins of Castle Ansilla. He must be killed for the quest The Lost Squad.
- Alternatively, it is possible to obtain Sinister from Racinon, a Tuatha priest in Castle Gastyr, during the The Last Gastyr Side Quest.
Notes[]
- It might be possible to receive a version of Sinister with a weapon socket. However, this needs verification.
- It is worth noting that Sinister is one of the few staves available that deals Physical Damage instead of just elemental.
- It is possible to acquire Sinister from Racinon's corpse during The Last Gastyr in Castle Gastyr.
- Despite being given a common level coloring in its name, Sinister has a unique design that matches the staves in the Rivener Tarsus quest, while Ender's Fire has a unique level coloring in its name but a generic staff design.
