- From a stranger in the woods, the child Arne received this talisman. When he died, a great sorcerer, he gave it in turn to a small child, who was soon eaten by a bear.

- Found deep within Dolve Arne for the side quest Family Arms, given by Clyeth Arne.
- Returning to Clyeth Arne with the talisman (and Staff of Arne) will prompt him to inquire about both. You can choose to give them to him, or lie and say they were both missing or damaged, which will allow you to keep them.
