Regarding Blacksmithing Components[]
It seems as though you, or at least I, can't salvage any components that deal with critical hits from any armor/weapons. I've been plaing the game now for about 90 hours and have Blacksmithing maxed, yet I haven't salvaged any that I'm aware of. It doesn't matter what type of item it is, or even if the item has bonuses to crit; that includes things I've crafted with crit compoents that I had to buy from vendors.
