This seems to be called "Plant Snapper" in-game on the local map. Does anyone know where the name "flesh-eating plant" came from? The Supreme Deity (talk) 05:19, October 9, 2014 (UTC)

I think that it probably originated from the wiki community because it was the most accurate description at the time. I'm not quite sure what to do from here yet as in-game it is "Plant Snapper" as you have found and in the official game guide it is "Venus Fly Trap". What do you think about this? --WikiaWizard (talk) 23:01, October 9, 2014 (UTC)
I'd say that it should be "Plant Snapper" then, and "Venus Fly Trap", if such a guide exists would be a redirect. (I don't remember the game coming with much of a manual or anything; what guide are you referring to?) The Supreme Deity (talk) 16:37, October 10, 2014 (UTC)
The game didn't come with a manual besides the one found in-game I think. The one that I was referring to was the Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Official Guide. It is the strategy guide which was published by Future Press. Sorry if I wasn't very clear about that. --WikiaWizard (talk) 19:49, October 10, 2014 (UTC)
