Set Pieces[]
Armor sets should be merged with Set Pieces. Set Pieces contains info concerning Sets overall, and needs only the individual minutae of each Set to fledge it out. MethodicMockingbird 03:44, February 14, 2012 (UTC)
- It should be called Armor Sets though. Obie191970
- I agree Armor Sets is the more appropriate title. Since there's not a local moderator here, how long do we give people to object before just doing the move? i'd be willing to do it either later tonight or tomorrow afternoon. RandMuadDib 06:57, February 15, 2012 (UTC)

Adding Locations[]
For any people that are entering things as they find them (like me), could you take almost 30 second extra time to add the Location--or confirm location-- to the item page. Screen shot picture of the map with character being the closest to the spot (chest, hidden rocks, Monster it is dropped from), a quick size crop in paint, and post in the item page with a small description. Thanks guys.
- 2 problems - some of us are playing it on a console (xbox360 or ps3) and don't have access to screenshots. we rely on our pc friends to gather the required screenshots. Secondly, many of the locations for, well, everything, are randomized and will be different from player to player. RandMuadDib 22:15, March 4, 2012 (UTC)
Warsworn Armor[]
Full Warsworn isn't randomized. What you talkin' bout Willis? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alcharus (talk • contribs)
Finesse/Might Armor[]
Ok, I think we should do something with this strange Finesse/Might etc. categories. I don't think that there are any sets that belongs to this types (except 'Jack of All..' set). I'm suggesting to delete them and change the name of this 'Jack' set to 'Universalist' and keep it in 'Special' category. What you think about this? Rejna 12:54, March 18, 2012 (UTC)
- OK, just an idea for organizing this page. Since I'm no good at or even know how to format web pages well, someone organize the sets in order of total armor? maybe in a "(set name) - XXX Armor" list. At a quick glance we can see which sets are higher level so we can know which final game armors to look at.
- The issue with this is that if you add up the armor values individually, even if the armor set doesn't say it, often when you wear a full armor set the armor rating goes up further than what each part tells you they will even without a set ability of +X armor or +X armor %, it's annoying. Also I'm not sure but I'd think that some of the armors change level based on what level you were when you found the first piece, after all many unique weapons do it, so there's probably at least one armor that does it.

Cleaned up page and a Question[]
Okay so I cleaned up the page a bit.
- I added some information to it, dictating which armors were part of DLC and which DLC they belonged to. I did this because there are people out there who will likely use this as a guide to their armors and I thought it'd be nice for them to know which armors they were able to get at that point in their game. I just copy and pasted the list into word and started using that, I spent hours looking for some of the sets not realizing they were DLC. So yeah...
- I removed the Dual Type Set places, IE Fitness/Might, etc, since there were no armor sets to put in them.
- I reorganized the armors, putting vanilla (non-DLC) armors up top, and in alphabetical order. Pre-order after that, then Paid for DLC after that. I kept them placed the same way through all 3 sections. I put it in alphabetical order because upon looking at the helms of each set in the order they were in, I saw they weren't in order from strongest to weakest, and by the placement of the DLC (Gamestop Pre-order and Pack Bonuses) the armors weren't in order based on when you are more likely to get them in story. I determined from that, that the armor was just tossed in as found and had no order.
- I reorganized the layout of the parts of the armor a bit, in order to make them flow the same between the different armor types. Specifically I changed where it listed the armors typical found in each set so that they would all be listed in the same way. Head, Chest, Hands, Pants, Legs. I also changed some of the sentence structures to some of them to make them all of the opening sentences of each armor type speak the same way.
Question:
Can someone add some of the armor sets to the main pages for places like: Might Armor Sets It's missing Both the Castaway and Remnant sets, which is odd since that's one armor from the Teeth of Naros DLC and one armor from the Legend of Dead Kel DLC, but for some reason that page has the second armor from each of those DLC listed. This should be corrected because Fitness Set has all the armors from all DLC (it has ever armor listed on this page under Fitness).
There is a similar problem in the Sorcery Armor Sets as well. It's missing the following vanilla armors: Enke's Armor Set and Lyria's Stability Armor Set. It's also missing both Teeth of Naros DLC sets: Primal Armor Set and Skymanson's Armor Set. But it has both armors from the Legend of Dead Kel DLC
So Fitness has everything, Might is missing 2 armors: one from Naros DLC and one from Dead Kel DLC, Sorcery is missing 4 armors: 2 from the vanilla game and 2 from Naros DLC.
I would add these myself but I don't actually know how. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.137.220.135 (talk • contribs)
- Hey there! Thanks very much for your edits! The page is now looking great. I agree that the armors were most likely added as players found them rather than being in any order. Now you've put them alphabetically at least we have some structure with them.
- I have added all the missing armors to the individual armor set pages that you have listed above as well as made new headings for DLC, preorders etc. Don't forget to sign your posts using the 4 tildes (~~~~) and if you need any more help in the future then please let me know by leaving a message on my Message Wall:WikiaWizard.
