The Tome of Synthesis can be found locked inside the sealed off western wing of the Crownhold Library in the city of Crownhold in northern Mithros.

- The Tome of Synthesis grants the Fateless One the ability to brew Chaos Potions using an Alchemical Lab.
- The Tome of Synthesis cannot be sold or removed from inventory.
